Preparing for an Empowered Birth is a comprehensive, doula-led childbirth education experience designed for parents who value informed decision-making, calm confidence, and exceptional support. This thoughtfully curated class equips you with the essential tools to navigate labor and birth with clarity and poise—regardless of how your birth ultimately unfolds.

We cut through the noise and information overload, delivering only what truly matters: evidence-based education paired with the most current, proven approaches that support physiologic birth, comfort, and informed choice. Every element of this class is intentionally designed to maximize your time and deepen your confidence.

Your experience includes 5 hours of expert instruction, covering (but not limited to):

• up-to-date evidence based information

• comfort measures

• options for birthing along with the benefits & risks of those options

• what to expect

• stages of labor

• emotional signals of labor

• position suggestions

• curriculum booklet
