Your customized Birth Doula Support Package may include (but is not limited to):
• A personalized prenatal meeting to prepare for your upcoming birth
• Thoughtful, practical birth plan guidance aligned with your preferences and values
• Clear, evidence-based pregnancy and birth education—without overwhelm
• Unlimited text, message, and phone support during business hours
• 24/7 on-call availability for labor support from contract signing through birth
• Continuous emotional and physical support throughout labor, birth, and immediate postpartum
• In-home, birth center, or hospital support
• Hands-on comfort measures including relaxation techniques, massage, and natural pain-coping tools
• Gentle guidance for movement and positioning to support comfort and labor progress
• Support for optimal fetal positioning to encourage a smoother birth
• Referrals and guidance for childbirth education options
• Immediate postpartum support including skin-to-skin and feeding assistance (breast or bottle, as desired)
• One in-home postpartum visit (1–3 hours) within the first three weeks after birth
• Ongoing phone support through 6 weeks postpartum as you transition into life with your new baby

In-Person Birth Doula Support Package: $1,800
Virtual Birth Doula Support Package: $800 (includes all support listed above with only VIRTUAL Doula support through labor-NOT in person support)
