Our comprehensive Preparing for an Empowered Birth, childbirth classes will give you the important tools you’ll need to achieve as much of a calm, positive birth experience possible, no matter what that birth may need to look like for you! We help you sift through what you really need to know without all the fluff by focusing on evidence based information as well as the newest and proven ways to help aid the progress of birth. Our class includes but is not limited to:

• up-to-date evidence based information

• comfort measures

• options for birthing along with the benefits & risks of those options

• what to expect

  Our Comfort Measures: Partner and Me class is a one-time 2 hour laid back class, covering a wide variety of positioning ideas, massage and counter pressure techniques, as well as alternative comfort measures to arm you and your partner with proven coping tools. In turn providing a more peaceful and comforting atmosphere for your labor and delivery, no matter the type of birth experience. We want to help you have as positive of an experience as possible, but that doesn’t happen without knowledge. Because knowledge is power!
